ADS 112
With the ads 112 prefeed, fine, coarse and non-round wires from reels, conipacks or wire drums can be fed powerfully yet carefully into the processing machine.
The ads 112 wire feed system unwinds a wire reel precisely via two synchronously running toothed belts without damaging the wire. The ads 112 is a preferred solution, especially if the wire type to be processed has to be changed very often. A control arm controls the output. For wires with twist or high rigidity, the prefeeder can be upgraded with the optical wire sag control DHS 1000D as an option.

ADS 115
The ads 115 tabletop wire feed model with infinitely variable dereel speed can be flexibly connected to cutting and wire stripping machines for loose rings or flat tape reels.
The ads 115 wire feed system is particularly suitable for reels up to a diameter of 400 mm, but also for processing loose rings or ribbon reels. The direction of rotation can be changed as required, enabling the device to not only dereel but also reel or rewind cables. The dereel or reel speed can be continuously adapted to the cable requirements. As a compact tabletop model, the prefeeder can be used flexibly.

ADS 119
With its simple lifting mechanism and powerful, quiet motor, the ads 119 wire feed system is particularly suitable for unwinding medium-heavy reels up to 100 kg.
The active prefeeder is powerful and its smooth running properties enable trouble-free wire processing. Changeover is also extremely simple: Wire reels can be changed quickly thanks to the simple lifting mechanism, slow forward and reverse movements and the sophisticated coil tensioning system. Small wire processing machines, such as a Kappa 330, can optionally be mounted piggyback on the ads 119 for space-saving production.

The ads 123 enables low-vibration and quiet unwinding of large cable reels. Strands and cables up to 35 mm in diameter can be unwound with high acceleration.
Gentle unwinding of large cable reels weighing up to 600 kg. Reel tensioning system and lifting device are motorized for fast changeover. Powerful cable drive operates with extremely low vibration and noise. Flexible storage systems are available. The ads 123 can feed thin, flexible strands and cables as well as wires up to 35 mm in diameter at high speeds and accelerations. The cable return stop immediately detects any problems in the unwinding of the cable reel, minimizing interruptions.

F1110
The F1110 wire feed system for fully automatic wire processing machines (Alpha and Gamma) unwinds loose wire rings and wire drums evenly and easily.
The intelligent software of the F1110 actively synchronizes with the wire processing machine and thus ensures maximum throughput. The prefeeder communicates with the main machine via EtherCAT and can be controlled via its interface. In addition, the self-learning system automatically adjusts the software parameters and stops immediately upon detection of wire knots and the end of the wire package. The smart wire prefeeder adapts to the type of package, as well as the stability and quality of the wire material. The set-up and changeover time was significantly reduced compared to the previous model: A swivel arm with loading and unloading position is available for easy threading in and out of the wire.

F1150
This automatic, low tension wire feed system, F1150 enables the processing of both thin, flexible strands and thicker, tension-sensitive wires such as coaxial cables.
Thanks to the highly compatible control system, the F1150 fits seamlessly into a sequential wire processing line and makes a significant contribution to reliable and trouble-free production. The robust design with powerful drive processes wire reels of up to 300 kg carefully and precisely. The set-up and changeover time are extremely short – thanks to the ingenious motorized installation system in all axes, which is controlled by a handheld remote control. The F1150 prefeeder is optionally available in two versions for different wire outer diameters of 18 or 35 mm.

F1160
The F1160 prefeeder enables efficient and wire-friendly feeding of thin, rigid, flexible and solid wires into a wire processing machine.
The advanced design of the F1160 permits wire feed speeds of up to 4 m/s. In combination with the maximum wire roller weight of up to 600 kg, this means that a high raw material wire length can be processed without wire roller conversion, and the wire processing machine can be used to optimum capacity. The F1160 prefeeder is available with two different wire storage units: a wire storage unit for rigid and solid wires and a wire storage unit for flexible wires. With a focus on user-friendliness, this prefeeder is easy to use and can be integrated into every wire processing process.

KOMAX 104
The Komax 104 passive unwinding feeder with sophisticated feed and finely adjustable cable brake is suitable for small wire reels up to 500 mm in diameter.
The Komax 104 can be used as a passive unwinding prefeeder for wire reels up to a diameter of 500 mm and a weight of 25 kg. The Komax 104 can be used for flat and round cables.

KOMAX 106
The Komax 106 passive prefeeder reliably dispenses wires from loose rings and conipacks, from wire drums and from central wire storage units at a constant speed.
A control algorithm with self-learning mode enables the wire processing machine connected to the Komax 106 to run at high power. Wire bundles are unrolled with optimized acceleration and constant speed in order to ensure a gentle and trouble-free feed. In addition, the device has standard wire end and knot detection. A tension limiter can also be set as required. The Komax 106 is suitable for all processing machines.

DPS 272
With its dual drum design, the dps 272 coiler can wind up excessively long wires. The device thus ensures orderly production and facilitates transport and further processing.
With its dual drum design, the dps 272 enables the careful winding of wire rings. To do this, another wire is wound up in the second drum while the previous wire is being removed from one drum using the foot-operated switch. The rotating unit part is shielded with a sliding cover for protection. The inner and outer diameter of the winding can be freely adjusted from 100 to 300 mm for the inner diameter and a maximum of 400 mm for the outer diameter. The specific settings can be conveniently and easily set on the user interface. The winding speed is synchronized with the Komax base machine. Optionally, the device can also wind up manually fed wires.

DPS 375
With its mobile frame and active wire ejection, the dps 375 deposit system with programmable batch separation is perfect for use with the Kappa 3xx family.
The versatile dps 375 wire deposit system has programmable batch size sorting, making it the perfect complement to all third-generation Kappa cutting and stripping machines. For efficient and economical wire processing, wires up to a length of 3.5 m and a diameter range of 2 mm to 35 mm can be sorted and stored with the dps 375 deposit system.

KA 3000 / 6000
The KA 3000 / 6000 deposit systems arrange and place extra-long cables lengthwise – with a length up to 3000mm or 6200mm and a maximum diameter of 18 or35 mm.
After wire or strand processing, the precise placement or sorting of wires is important for quality assurance of the entire process. Komax offers intellegent and tried-and-tested solutions for this purpose. Komax wire deposit systems ensure safe placement of long wires or strands thanks to the active conveyor belt. Batch size sorting with a 2-channel system increases production output. The wire deposit systems are therefore an ideal addition to any wire processing machine.

The KRI 450/850 wire ring winder creates perfectly shaped and bound wire rings as an uncomplicated downstream device for the wire processing machine.
The KRI 450/850 is not only perfect for integrating into downstream wire processing processes. By increasing the degree of automation, the device ensures consistently high quality in wire rings. The guide tube picks up the cable and forwards it to the winding mandrels, which wind up a perfectly shaped wire ring. Once the process is complete, the mandrels lower and the cover opens. The KRI 450/850 wire ring winder is also available as a CB solution with a manual spot taping station and as a CBD version also as a fully automatic winding-spot taping machine. Parameters such as inner and outer diameter of the wire ring, pitch and lowering time of the winding mandrels are programmed via a user-friendly LCD operating terminal.
