The C1340 crimp module convinces with its high precision. The clear operation on the touch display and HMI make the application simple and easy to understand. The crimp height can be adjusted manually on the tool. The asynchronous motor ensures high repetition accuracy. The module is up-to-date in terms of efficiency: An optimized cycle time of 220ms (depending on the setting) is possible. Wire cross-sections of 0.125 to 6 mm² can be crimped with high accuracy and a maximum crimp force of 22 kN. Production downtimes can be avoided through the CFA+/CFA crimp force monitoring.

In addition to efficiency and precision, the C1360 crimp module for Alpha and Gamma wire processing machines offers convenient automatic crimp height adjustment.
The C1360 crimp module offers high-quality crimping. The innovative wire positioning directly on the module significantly reduces the time required for setup, changeover and sampling. Like the C1370, the C1360 also offers automatic crimp height adjustment. With this setup via a spindle drive, corrections can be made automatically during teach-in. The high crimp force of up to 22 kN ensures high-quality and error-free production for wire cross-sections of 0.125 to 6 mm². The CFA+/CFA crimp force monitoring also reduces waste rates and material expenditure.

With a wide processing range of large conductor cross sections and a high crimp force of up to 50 kN, the C1380 is versatile in the heavy-duty sector: The crimp module enables precise and powerful processing for solid grounding cables, battery cables or other thick conductors with demanding terminals. Fully integrated CFA+/CFA crimp force monitoring as standard results in minimal waste. Wire positioning directly on the module and the inching speed reduce the time required for setup, changeover and sampling. This ensures continuous high productivity, reproducibility and quality. The entire crimping process can be controlled easily and precisely via the HMI with user guidance.

MCI 712
The mci 712 crimp module for fully automatic wire processing machines processes precise wire cross sections of 0.08 - 6 mm² with a maximum crimp force of 20 kN.
The mci 712 crimp module offers perfection in connecting conductors to terminals. All module settings are installed with the user software for the Komax base machine. The mci 712 has a fixed shut height with a robust asynchronous motor. The module has CFA/CFA+ crimp force monitoring. Even the smallest terminals can be reliably monitored.

MCI 722
The mci 722 crimp module for fully automatic wire processing machines processes precise wire cross sections of 0.08 - 6 mm² with a maximum crimp force of 20 kN.
The mci 722 crimp module offers perfection in connecting conductors to terminals. All module settings are installed with the user software for the Komax base machine. The changeover time is greatly reduced, as the crimp height is automatically corrected within a range between +0.2 and -0.8 mm The mci 722’s AC servo drive and linear measuring system position the module carriage in increments of 0.01mm. Sequence processing can therefore be carried out without cycle losses. Both crimp modules have CFA/CFA+ crimp force monitoring. Even the smallest terminals can be reliably monitored.

S1441
With the S1441 seal module, the insertion of industry-standard seals and mini seals has been significantly increased in terms of processing speed, stability and quality.
The S1441 is a sealing module of the latest generation with high productivity thanks to intuitive handling and short setup time. The compressed air monitoring, automatic detection of seal tracks, integrated monitoring of the seal position and stripping quality as well as the continuous image evaluation make the S1441 safer, more precise and process-stable than any other seal module. Up to 450 seal variants—mini seals in particular—can be processed. The operating parameters for reproducibility are stored directly on the Smart Seal Track SST. In the S1441 G version, the maximum seal diameter for wire processing can be increased from 10 to 18mm and the maximum seal length from 11 to 21mm.

MCI 765 C
The mci 765 C seal module with fully integrated seal monitoring system (SPM) equips wires fully automatically with seals in all standard variants, including mini seals.
The mci 765 C seal module can be converted to other seal types in a very short time (within 2 to 5 minutes). Thanks to the optical seal monitoring and the automatic setup of the seal position, wear and time is reduced to a minimum. The module is immediately available for production again. Seal positioning is readjusted to compensate for material fluctuations. The last 100 images are also visible in the SPM so that the evaluation of the entire production can be tracked in the TopWin user screen. The integrated seal collection tray ensures cleanliness and tidiness in the base machine.

X1582
The X1582 twisting unit twists strand ends precisely from a wire cross section of 0.03 mm² and twisting strands from 2mm in preparation for the subsequent tinning process.
Twisted strand ends are the best prerequisite for fast tinning with millimeter accuracy. The X1582 is an optional module for fully automatic wire processing machines and can perform this task with maximum precision and short changeover times. Integrated directly into the crimp module – but can also be used as a stand-alone device– the X1582 is flexibly usable. The simple integration into TopWin and HMI, and the EtherCAT connection, ensure smooth operation in an integrated process. The best results can be achieved in combination with the fluxing/tinning module X1585. The coordinated devices create the right conditions for perfectly tinned wires.

MCI 782
Twisting stranded ends, as the mci 782 twisting module directly positioned in the crimp module makes possible, is a prerequisite for fast tinning with millimeter precision.
The mci 782 twisting module can be built-in to Komax crimp modules. The element is placed directly in the crimp module. Stand-alone installation is also possible and ensures flexible use. Thanks to the quick-action lock and plug-in connections, only a short changeover time is required. The precise guidance ensures the exact positioning of the wire to be twisted and prepares it perfectly for further tinning and processing.

The X1585 fluxing/tinning module applies tin to strand ends precisely, reliably and lead-free. A wide range of applications is covered thanks to various tin nozzles.
With the X1585, high quality can be constantly ensured. Consistent process accuracy is ensured thanks to constant tin flow, smoothly variable pump speed, and precisely adjustable temperature. Easier cleaning and fast heating save time in production. The slag formation in the pump channel is low thanks to optimal fluidic properties. It can also be removed without additional tools. The tin nozzle can also be removed in operating mode for easy cleaning. The flux station is integrated to save space, and the collection container is also easily accessible integrated in any wire processing machine.

X1592
The X1592 sleeve module is HMI-ready and offers high flexibility and process stability. It can process over 70 different sleeve types on one module.
The X1592 module is designed for sleeves commonly used on crimp sizes 2.8, 4.8 and 6.3 mm. Equipped with an HMI interface, the module can be integrated quickly and easily into an HMI-controlled production machine. The self-explanatory parameter setting requires just a few input values to ensure real-time production data and perfect process control via the software.

MCI 792
The efficient mci 792 sleeve module can be used on wire processing machines to load single and double wires with different sleeve types precisely and reliably.
Up to 70 sleeve variants can be processed with the mci 792. Thanks to their precision mechanics, the spring-loaded grippers can ensure reliable and efficient wire processing. With the application set, the module can be converted to other sleeve types in less than 15 minutes. Important setup functions can be accessed via the membrane buttons on both sides. Integration into TopWin or HMI on the base machine also enables easy operation.

CM F20
With the ferrule module CM F20, up to five different ferrules on strap can be processed sequentially with a trapezoidal crimp design.
The CM F20 is an attractive, flexible solution for control cabinet construction. Five different ferrules on strap with cross sections of 0.5 - 2.5 mm² and crimp lengths of 8 or 10 mm can be processed quickly and easily in sequence. Even special ferrules (multi-standard, AWG) are no problem. The parallel holding of 5 rollers on strap and the quick component change without tools save time in production and increase flexibility. The two-stage entry process and trapezoidal crimp form enable reliable processing. The module also warns with an automatic alert when the rollers are almost empty to reduce downtime. The CM F20 module can be integrated into the Zeta fully automatic crimping machine.

CM 1/5 GS
With the ferrule module CM 1/5 GS, up to five different ferrules on strap in different lengths can be processed with a Quadro crimp design.
The ferrule module CM 1/5 GS saves you precious time. There is no need for time-consuming conversion, as the machine processes ferrules sequentially: ferrules on strap of 0.5 – 2.5 mm² cross-sections and in 8 and 10 mm lengths can be inserted in parallel and processed consecutively. High quality is ensured with simple setting modes on the touch display, the two-stage entry process and automatic wire centering. The innovative Quadro crimp design increases process reliability. The ferrule module CM 1/5 GS can be fully integrated into the Zeta series of Komax crimping machines.

AEH-LS
The AEH-LS ferrule module crimps loose ferrules on pre-stripped wires. The wire is easily inserted and a sensor monitors the presence of a ferrule.
The AEH-LS module for loading wires with ferrules of length 6, 8, 10 or 12 mm can be optionally integrated in most Komax wire processing machines. The TopWin user interface or HMI is easy to use, and in combination with an inkjet marker, the wires can also be labeled with text and numbers as desired. For process reliability, wire end processing supports insertion into the terminal and a sensor checks whether the ferrule is present. This processing increases the electrical safety inside the control cabinets. The AEH-LS is particularly economical thanks to its large processing range of 0.5 to 2.5 mm² (optionally 0.35 and 4 mm²) and short changeover times.

The CM03 MIL crimp module can be used on most fully automatic wire processing machines for processing loose and turned pin and socket terminals.
The CM03 MIL crimp module can be used on most Komax fully automatic crimping machines for processing loose and turned pin and socket terminals. The reliable feeding of the module ensures efficient sorting. Together with the precise four-point crimp applicator, a high level of process reliability is achieved. The crimp height of the MIL crimp module is programmable and can be adjusted to an accuracy of 0.01 mm.

SCHUNK
The Schunk process module enables wires to be compacted with ultrasound. As an alternative to ferrules, compacting is increasingly being used for control cabinet construction.
Ultrasonic compaction offers excellent electrical properties and can be used flexibly for wiring terminals and controls. The compaction process is precise and, thanks to comprehensive process monitoring, stable and safe: The cores to be compressed are moved against each other at low pressure and by high-frequency mechanical vibrations. In a fraction of a second, a permanent, solid and metallurgically pure connection with excellent electrical conductivity is created. Thanks to the motorized infeed, it is possible to process different lines and compression lengths in a sequence without conversion work. The process parameters are set via the intuitive HMI/TopWin user interface or the touchscreen.
