The processing parameters are converted with TopConvert and sent directly to the machine at the Komax interface WPCS. This also eliminates the need to program articles manually.

With EasyWiring, operators are guided through the entire production process, ensuring seamless traceability. The comprehensive equipment package consists of a display device, CAM software, and removable accessories in various shapes suitable for all types of harnesses. The system is available in 75'' and 86'' sizes and can include one or multiple display modules. These modules can be easily arranged and connected to create tables of varying lengths. To secure the harness during production, accessories mounted on suction cups are affixed to the protective surface covering the screen.
